Refillservice & Customer Depot

Our refill service offers you a resource- and cost-saving purchase of HPLC columns. This involves using HPLC columns that you have already used. The HPLC columns are emptied, cleaned and refilled with a packing material of your choice according to specifications. Naturally, our refill columns meet the high quality standards of MZ-Analysentechnik. Refill columns fulfil the same specifications as new columns. They are tested in our quality control department and sent out with an individual test certificate after approval.

To use our refill service, we need your columns to be refilled. To save time and space in your laboratory, we have set up individual customer depots in our warehouse. We store columns that you have sorted out and returned in your customer depot. You can call up these HPLC columns with your next refill order so that the same delivery time can be offered as for new columns.

We can use the refill service for MZ HPLC columns, MZ GPC columns and hardware from other manufacturers that is compatible with our packing stations.

When placing your order, please let us know that you would like to order a refill column. The correct article number for refill columns is made up of the article number of a new column and an -R, e.g. MZ0901-250046R Refill column Orbit 100 C18 5µm 250x4.6mm. Our prices for refill columns are approx. EUR 30.00 cheaper than for new columns. Send us your column to be refilled by post together with your order and we will take care of the refilling. If you would like a customer depot, please send us your MZ columns for storage. If the columns are HPLC columns from other manufacturers, we can clarify in advance whether the chromatography columns can be used for the refill service.
