SelectraCore
SelectraCore columns from UCT are based on the core-shell technology. With a particle size of 2.7 µm (1.7 µm non-porous core and 0.5 µm porous layer), the columns show only low backpressure while providing outstanding peak resolution and efficiency. The SelectraCore columns are available in lengths of 50, 100 and 150 mm and with IDs of 2.1 and 4.6 mm. There are also suitable guard columns and a direct connect guard holder available.
SelectraCore C18: suitable for most acidic, basic and neutral compounds such as food, environmental, forensic and pharmaceutical analysis
SelectraCore DA: aromatic, conjugated or unsaturated analytes such as drugs of abuse, pain management drugs, pesticides and mycotoxins
SelectraCore PFPP: can be used in normal phase and HILIC as well, for acidic, basic and neutral compounds such as beta-blockers, benzodiazepines, TCAs and catecholamines
