SolGel

SolGel is a brand name for GC columns manufactured by Trajan Scientific™. Due to a special sol-gel manufacturing process the stationary phase is covalently bonded to the capillary inner wall. This results in very robust and temperature-stable GC-phases.

SolGel-1ms™:

Robust, highly inert, non-polar phase for use with mass spectrometers
Can also be used for all non-MS detectors
High temperature stability
Same selectivity as BP1
Recommended for highly active compounds

SolGel-WAX™:

WAX Phase with very high temperature stability and robustness
Bonded polyethylene glycol
Less susceptible to damage by oxygen than conventional wax phases
Low bleed and inert
Bonded and cross-linked
Able to be solvent rinsed
Recommended for highly active compounds
