TSKgel UP-SW
Gel filtration columns for UHPLC. Increase resolution and sample throughput
The TSKgel UP-SW series is a new series extension of the well-known TSKgel SW series for analytical gel filtration of small proteins, peptides and oligonucleotides in UHPLC. The columns are based on 2 and 3µm silica particles, which are shielded against unwanted protein interactions with TOSOH's proven surface technology.
TSKgel UP-SW2000 columns are based on 2µm particles and have a pore size of 125Å. Thus they support the transition of existing HPLC methods from TSKgel G2000SW/SWXL to UHPLC systems.
TSKgel UP-SW3000 columns also have 2µm particles and with 250Å offer the possibility to transfer methods from TSKgel G3000SWXL to UHPLC. With the TSKgel UP-SW3000-LS these columns are also available for LS detection.
TSKgel UP-SW Aggregate columns have 3µm particles and a pore size of 300Å. As a result, these columns achieve a higher exclusion limit compared to the UP-SW2000 and UP-SW3000 and are therefore ideally suited for the analysis of mAb aggregates.
