SkillPak
SkillPak BIO columns are pre-packed columns designed for process development and scale-up of multi-column chromatography (MCC) processes. The columns are packed with TOYOPEARL resins to provide a unique and comprehensive solution for developing MCC processes. The SkillPak BIO columns are available in five different dimensions to meet the requirement fora first screening as well as a scale-up.
Tosoh's new SkillPak 50 & 200 columns extend the SkillPak product range. The SkillPak 50 columns have a dimension of 100 x 25 mm and the SkillPak 200 of 100 x 50 mm. Both column dimensions are available with different TOYOPEARL or TSKgel resins for several types of bioseparation. The columns can be used with common low- or medium pressure chromatography systems.

Together with the SkillPak 1 & 5 columns, a seamless scale-up of downstream processes is possible. The SkillPak 1 & 5 columns are ideally suited for method development and optimization as well as resin screening and robustness testing. These developed methods can be easily scaled-up with the SkillPak 50 & 200 columns.
