Hypersil Gold Peptide
The new Hypersil GOLD peptide columns from ThermoFisher are characterised by retention of all peptides (including hydrophilic and deamidated peptides). The performance of these columns is verified by a peptide based QC test and shows highly reproducible results from column to column and lot to lot. The ultra pure silica gel together with the low ligand density shows a higher peak capacity compared to other peptide columns. The Hypersil GOLD peptide columns are available in lengths of 50, 100 and 150mm and an inner diameter of 2.1mm. The particle size is 1.9µm, making the columns suitable for UHPLC.
