HyperSep
HyperSep products from Thermo Scientific are products for sample preparation. A distinction can be made between SLE (Solid Supported Liquid/Liquid Extraction) and SPE (Solid Phase Extraction). In SLE, an aqueous sample is applied to the carrier material. The aqueous phase is absorbed by the material and the analytes can then be washed down with an immiscible organic solvent.
HyperSep SLE products are mainly used for the removal of phospholipids in biological samples. A distinction can be made between cartridges and plates.
HyperSep SPE are standard sample preparation products and are available in various modifications and formats such as cartridges, plates or tips.
