Acclaim™ HPLC columns originally belonged to Dionex Corporation, which has been part of the Thermo Fisher Scientific Group since 2011. Acclaim™ HPLC and UHPLC columns are based on high purity spherical silica gel, which are available with many different modifications and selectivities. Reliable and reproducible (U)HPLC columns are obtained through a uniform production process with strict quality specifications. Acclaim HPLC columns are also available with application-specific modifications.

Thermo Scientific Acclaim™SEC-300 and SEC-1000 are high-efficiency size exclusion chromatography (SEC) columns specifically designed for separation of water-soluble polymers and oligomers, e.g. polyethylene glycols, polyacrylic acids, dextrans and proteins, respectively. They are packed with spherical, hydrophilic polymethacrylate particles and provide high-resolution and good linearity of the calibration curve for accurate and reliable analysis. Acclaim SEC columns offer two pore sizes, 300 Å and 1000 Å, to cover a broad molecular weight range.
