Symplex C18 columns from SMT are silica-based columns for HPLC and UHPLC. The silica particles have a high surface area and are elaborately endcapped to achieve a carbon loading of 15%C. These columns can be purchased with different inner diameters from 0.25mm up to 50mm, so that methods can be easily scaled up to preparative dimensions.
