SMTgel
SMTgel columns are silica-based columns for size exclusion chromatography (SEC), ion exchange, reversed phase, hydrophobic interaction (HIC), hydrophilic interaction (HILIC) and affinity chromatography. The surface of the silica particles is modified with functional molecules for specific applications.
SMTgel RP columns are functionalized with non-polar ligands and can be used in normal and reversed phase chromatography of oligomers and polymers up to 10.000.000 Da. They are also ideal for gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and are stable in a wide range of different solvents.
SMTgel Diol columns have a more polar functionalization than the SMTgel RP columns.
