SiliaChrom dt C18: Is a phase which is suitable for 100 % aqueous eluents. This phase has no metal impurities und shows good peak shapes for neutral, acidic and basic compounds.
SiliaChrom AQ C8 and C18: Has the same modification like SiliaChrom dt C18, but with a low content of metal impurities.
SiliaChrom SB C18 and C8: Are specially modified columns to protect the surface effectively against acidic attacks. Therefore, these phases can be used at pH values down to 0.5.
SiliaChrom XT C18 and XT C18 Fidelity: These phases have a hybrid surface to reduce the solubility of the silica gel at high pH values. For this reason, these columns can be used at pH values between 1.5 and 12. The difference between both phases is only in the carbon content.
SiliaChrom XDB C18 and C8: Due to the larger pores and a lower surface area, these phases show lower retention for large hydrophobic molecules. This makes them suitable for the analysis of barbiturates, vitamins, fatty acids and steroids.
SiliaChrom XDB1 Family: These phases possess an extremely dense bonding on the surface. This leads to a very low interaction with free silanols. However, these columns are not recommended for samples which are highly hydrophobic.
SiliaChrom XDB2 C18: Developed to avoid strong interactions with hydrophobic compounds.
SiliaChrom RPC: Is a polymer phase based on polystyrene divinylbenzene. This allows this phase to be used at pH values between 1 and 14.
SiliaChrom Amylose: This chiral phase is used for the separation of alkaloids, troponins, amines and beta blockers.
SiliaChrom Cellulose T-DPC: Is used for the chiral separation of alkaloids, troponins, amines and beta blockers.
SiliaChrom Cellulose T-MB: Is used for the chiral separation of aryl methyl esters and aryl methoxy esters.
