OligoMg
OligoMg Säulen von Sielc wurden speziell für die Analytik von Oligonukleotiden entwickelt. Diese Säulen basieren ebenfalls auf der Bridge Ion Separation Technik (BIST) und besitzen eine negativ geladene Oberfläche, die mit Magnesium 2+ (Mg2+) beladen ist. Diese Kationen auf der stationären Phase ermöglichen in Anwesenheit eines organischen Modifiers die Wechselwirkung zwischen dem negativ geladenem Oligonukleotid und der stationären Phase. Die Magnesium Kationen fungieren dabei als Brücke. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass Oligonukleotide effektiv getrennt werden können mit einer mobilen Phase nur aus Wasser und Methanol.
