OHpak
The OHpak series from Shodex™ includes the SB-800 HQ and LB-800 series columns. The columns are suitable for aqueous size exclusion chromatography (gel filtration chromatography, GFC) and are based on polyhydroxymethacrylate. This allows the use of both aqueous and organic polar eluents (e.g. DMF) (except for SB-802 HQ and SB-807 HQ), which enables the analysis of polar polymers. The columns of the LB-800 series are ideally suited for use with light scattering detection. Due to the availability of different pore sizes, a wide molecular weight range is accessible.
The columns with an M at the end of the name are mixed-gel columns capable of analysing samples with a wide molecular weight distribution.
