SRT SEC-750Å
Sepax’s SRT SEC-750Å column is a column for size exclusion chromatography (SEC). The material has a pore size of 750 Å and was especially designed for Adeno-associated viruses (AAV) with a size of 20-30 nm (200-300 Å). The pore structure has properties similar to both the 500 Å and 1000 Å. This allows the use of one instead of two columns, saving time, money and buffer consumption. The column is available in 5 µm particle size and in 300 x 4.6mm, 250 x 4.6mm and 300 x 7.8mm. There is also a suitable guard column for both IDs available.

Improved resolution for HMW and LMW species of AAV2, AAV8, AAV9 compared to SRT SEC-500Å and SRT SEC-1000Å
Conclusion: The Sepax SRT SEC-750Å is ideally suited for the analysis of different AAV species and fills the gap between the SRT SEC-500Å and SRT SEC-1000Å.
