Proteomix

Proteomix Ion-exchange columns are especially designed for the separation of proteins, oligonucleotides, carbohydrates and peptides. The particles are made of highly cross-linked, non-porous polystyrene divinylbenzene. The surface of the particles is grafted with a hydrophilic, neutral polymer layer and ion-exchange groups are bound on this layer.
 

Proteomix HIC columns are specially designed for the separation of proteins, monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), oligonucleotides and peptides via the hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) mechanism. The resin is made of non-porous polystyrene divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) and is modified with alkyl groups.
 

Proteomix RP columns are made of porous polystyrene divinylbenzene (PS/DVB). There are phenyl and substituted phenyl groups on the surface which enable hydrophobic interaction.

Applications

mAb321/Erbitux/Rituximab at 80 ℃

Determination of Ertibux, Rituximab and mAb 321 with Proteomix ® RP -1000.

Test Conditions:

Column: Proteomix ® RP -1000, 5 μm, 1000 Å, 2.1 x 150 mm

Mobile Phase A: H2O + 0.1% TFA

Mobile Phase B: ACN + 0.1% TFA

Flow rate: 0.25 mL/min

Gradient: 23- 70% B in 30 min

Detection: UV 214 nm

Column temperature: 80°C

Injection volume: 2.5 μL

Sample: monoclonal antibody, 1mg/mL diluted with 0.1% TFA

RituximAb separation - NP5 and 1.7 µm

Abtrennung von RituximAb with NP5 und 1.7 µm.
