BioCore

Biocore and BioCore SEC columns from NanoChrom are specially developed columns for analysing antibodies, proteins and biological samples in general. These columns are equipped with various modifications in order to fulfil as many applications as possible.

 

BioCore SEC columns are for size exclusion chromatography to identify monomers, aggregates or single chains.

BioCore IEX columns can be used to distinguish charge variants in antibodies or proteins.

BioCore HIC-Butyl can be used to separate antibodies and antibody conjugates due to different hydrophobicity.

BioCore RP-Butyl is a non-porous material for the exact determination of masses of antibodies and proteins.

BioCore Glycan are special HILIC columns to analyse N-glycans in proteins and antibodies.

BioCore Protein A has a modification for affinity chromatography for rapid titer analysis of monoclonal antibodies (mAb) and Fc fusion proteins.
