Nucleocel™ HPLC columns manufactured by Macherey-Nagel are specifically designed for the separation of enantiomers. The chiral selector is cellulose-tris-(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) coated on high purity, spherical silica particles. Nucleocel™ Delta S is suitable for Normal-Phase‒ and Nucleocel™ Delta-RP S is suitable for reversed-phase applications.
