Nucleogel® HPLC column series, manufactured by Macherey-Nagel includes various polymer-based HPLC columns for different biochemical applications.

 

Nucleogel® GPC are columns for size exclusion chromatgraphy (SEC) of water-insoluble substances.  The base material is a highly crosslinked macroporous, spherical polystyrene-divinylbenzene polymer with good mechanical stability.

 

Nucleogel® Anion I is a strongly basic polymer-based anion exchanger for the analysis of inorganic anions.


Nucleogen® DEAE is a silica-based anion exchanger for the analysis of nucleic acids, RNA, DNA and other related compounds.


Nucleogel® SAX is a strongly basic polymer-based anion exchanger for the analysis of biomolecules, such as proteins, peptides or oligonucleotides.


Nucleogel® SCX is a strongly acidic polymer-based cation exchanger for the analysis of biomolecules, such as proteins, peptides or carbohydrates.


Nucleogel® RP is an HPLC phase based on a polystyrene-divinylbenzene resin for reversed-phase separations of biomolecules.

 

Nucleogel® ION 300 OA are columns for the analysis of sugars, alcohols and organic acids. The base material is a sulfonated polystyrene-divinylbenzene resin with H+ counterion.


Nucleogel® SUGAR are columns for carbohydrate analysis. They are based on a sulfonated polystyrene-divinylbenzene resin with different counterions.


Nucleogel® SUGAR 810 are columns for carbohydrate analysis. They are based on a sulfonated polystyrene-divinylbenzene resin with different counterions. Due to a different selectivity pattern compared to Nucleogel® SUGAR columns, the range of application is considerably enlarged.
