Unison

The Unison Family of columns, manufactured by Imtakt™, provide a wide range of high quality reverse phase and normal phase columns. The columns based on spherical silica-gel and exhibit very good reproducibility. Unison phases show no phase collapse in 100% aqueous conditions due to a unique ligand binding technology. A tri-functional polymeric end-capping reduces unwanted secondary interactions and gives better lifetime. The latest modification C1 is very versatile, even for hydrophobic substances such as triterpenes. The Unison UK and US C1 columns have a amazing durability for acidic mobile conditions using formic acid or TFA.
