Chromegapore columns are silica-based size exclusion column. The columns are available in silica, TMS bonded to silica and diol bonded to silica. The Silica and TMS columns are recommended for the analysis of polymers that are organic soluble. The diol columns are suitable for water-soluble analytes such as proteins, peptides and certain polymers. Different pore sizes (60 - 1000Å) are available for all three modifications.
