ReproSil Chiral-NR: Is suitable for the separation of aromatics, amides, carbamates, esters, alkylamines and compounds with multiple stereocentres in the normal phase.

ReproSil Chiral-AM: Is suitable for the separation of aromatics, amides, carbamates, esters, alkylamines and compounds with multiple stereocentres in the normal phase.

ReproSil Chiral-OM: Can be used if ReproSil Chiral-AM cannot completely separate the compounds; especially suitable for beta-blockers, compounds with similar functionalities and steroids.

ReproSil Chiral-AMS: If no separation can be achieved with ReproSil Chiral-AM, this phase should be used; especially suitable for β-lactams, glycidol derivates, epoxides, acids, natural products and heterocyclic compounds.

ReproSil Chiral-CM: Can be used if no separation can be achieved with ReproSil Chiral-Am or -OM.

ReproSil Chiral-GM: Special column for compounds which are only partially separated by ReproSil Chiral-OM and -CM.

ReproSil Chiral-JM: Especially suitable for the following compounds (or substances with similar structure): ibuprofen, ketamine, methadone, nicotine, steroids, acebutolol, albuterol, chlophedianol, mianserine and other compounds with a large substituent at the chiral centre.

ReproSil Chiral-BM: Is suitable for separations which are not sufficient with ReproSil Chiral-AMS or -JM.

ReproSil Chiral-AGP/-HSA: This phase is used in reversed phase; retention and enantioselectivity can be adjusted by pH, buffer concentration and an organic modifier.

ReproSil Chiral-PS: Is suitable for separation in normal- or reversed phase of aromatic compounds which contain sulfur or phosphorous.

ReproSil Chiral-OH: For aromatic alcohols with an OH group near the chiral centre.

ReproSil Chiral-AA: Special phase for amino acids (L-form elutes first).

ReproSil Chiral-TAG: Suitable for amino alcohols, N-blocked amino acids, α-hydroxy acids, oxazolidinones, hydantoins, imides and amino acids.

ReproSil Chiral-CA: Pirkle phase compatible with reversed phase for carboxyl groups near the chiral centre.

ReproSil Chiral-TG: Reversed phase with terguride for chiral FMOC- and dansyl amino acids.

ReproSil Chiral-L-PhenylGlycin: Brush-type phase for herbicides and pharmaceuticals.

ReproSil Chiral-L-Prolin: Davanako ligand exchange phase for amino acids, hydantiones, succinimides, gluthetimides, barbiturates and sulfoxides.

ReproSil L-Hydroxy-Prolin: Ligand exchange phase with copper sulfate.
