Exsil columns (originally from Exmere) were introduced as an alternative to established and well-known brands. Thanks to the wide range of pore sizes and modifications, the right column can be found for almost any application. These materials are so-called type A silica gels, which have a higher metal content than modern columns. As a result, the selectivity for some analytes may be different compared to more modern columns.
