Diamonsil
Diamonsil columns from Dikma are general-purpose, highly inert reversed phase columns. They were designed for simultaneously determination of acids, bases and neutral compounds. Furthermore, they show superior batch-to-batch reproducibility. Besides the standard columns, they also offering the Diamonsil AAA, which was especially developed for amino acid separations.
Diamonsil are general-purpose columns with excellent peak shape of acids, bases and neutral compounds.
Diamonsil (2) columns have excellent separation characteristics and are stable in a pH range of 1.5 up to 9.0 due to a proprietary bonding technology.
Diamonsil AAA columns are tested with eighteen natural amino acids. The amino acids can be derivatized either with PITC or DNFB reagent.
