ChiralTek UPE Cartridges
ChiralTek UPE Cartridges are ultra high-performance extraction (UPE) cartridges and a new type of SPE. The particles are made by bonding C18 and ChiralTek proprietary groups to silica particles. The unique cooperative functional groups of C18 and ChiralTek proprietary groups exhibit excellent column efficiency and very high extraction recovery. This results in an ultra-high sample capacity for the UPE cartridges.
Compared to other SPE cartridges, the UPE cartridges contain much thinner beds and much smaller volume of the packing material. Because of this, only small amounts of organic solvents are necessary to elute the extracts.
