ChiralTek HLE Cartridges
ChiralTek HLE cartridges are hydrophilic and lipophilic extraction (HLE) cartridges for universal use. The HLE particles were made by bonding multiple chemical functional groups including diol, C18, vinylpyrrolidone and divinylbenzene (HLB) etc. to a special type of composite material.
Due to the multiple functional groups, the HLE cartridges can be used under traditional normal and reversed phase as well as gradient elution conditions.
