ACE HILIC-A, ACE HILIC-B and ACE HILIC-N

...these are the latest columns of Advanced Chromatography Technologies Ltd. that have been developed to enable chromatographers to achieve reproducible and successful Hydrophilic Interaction Chromatography, short HILIC, separations using a systematic approach to method development. The columns are available with three unique modifications:

ACE HILIC-A  • Acidic character phase (Proprietary SIL)
ACE HILIC-B  • Basic character phase (Proprietary Aminopropyl)
ACE HILIC-N  • Neutral character phase (Proprietary Polyhydroxy)

Each phase offering alternative selectivity, which allows for a simplified and structured approach to achieving successful HILIC separations. Additionally ACE HILIC Method Development kits are also available. They consist of three ACE HILIC columns, HILIC-A, HILIC-B and HILIC-N, respectively. ACT has created a very useful document for method development support the „ACE Knowledge Note #0021“. A very easy and quick protocol for the method development using the ACE HILIC columns is described in the Knowledge Note.
