BioSEC
Agilent Bio SEC HPLC columns ensure high-resolution and reproducible size-based separations of proteins, peptides and other biomolecules. They are packed with spherical silica particles coated with a proprietary hydrophilic layer, ensuring a highly efficient size exclusion particle. The phases show high stability in high-salt and low-salt conditions and are compatible with most aqueous buffers. Bio SEC columns are available with two different particle sizes and various pore sizes, covering a wide molecular weight range.
