The ultra pure silica gel together with the low ligand density shows a higher peak capacity compared to other peptide columns. The Hypersil GOLD peptide columns are available in lengths of 50, 100 and 150mm and an inner diameter of 2.1mm. The particle size is 1.9µm, making the columns suitable for UHPLC.
