Using THF as the principal eluent, Shodex GPC KF-405LHQ covers a typical molecular weight range determined with polystyrene standards of approximately 300 to 2,000,000 Da. The linearised mixed-gel packing combines a broad calibration range with the solvent-saving semi-micro format. Separation is size-dependent via the pore volume accessible to the polymer chains; targeted chemical binding interactions are not intended.
