Oasis, Sep-Pak

Oasis and Sep-Pak products are solid-phase extraction (SPE) cartridges. These SPE cartridges are used in sample preparation and different modifications are available depending on the matrix and analytes.

Oasis SPE cartridges are based on a water-wettable polymer. This means that these cartridges can be used without conditioning or equilibration. In addition to the original Oasis HLB for the reverse phase, further modifications are available for ionic interactions.

Sep-Pak SPE products consist of various materials such as silica gel, aluminium oxide, carbon and polymers. A large number of different modifications are available, from the reversed phase and medium-polar phases to ionic phases and normal phases.
