Clean-Screen
Clean Screen products are used to clean-up a sample prior to analysis. There are different products for different target molecules.
Clean Screen XCEL products are designed to reduce the number of steps in the extraction process. The conditioning of the sorbent is eliminated and a reduced sample size is necessary. Also, recovery rates and sensitivity are increased.
Clean Screen FASt products use positive pressure, solid phase sorbent bed and small pore frits for efficient preparation of urine samples. With this method, centrifuge and sample transfer steps are no longer required, which reduces costs.
GRAVITY FLOW XtrackT SPE columns have large particles (80-200 μm) and are available in different copolymeric phases. Due to the large particles, the phases allow a uniform gravity flow for most blood and urine samples.
Clean Screen RSV are reduced solvent volume (RSV) extraction sorbents with particle sizes of 5-20 μm. Because of the small particle size, the total liquid volume is reduced by 75%. This results in lower costs per extraction, shorter extraction times, lower disposal costs and and increased throughput.
Clean Screen DAU (Drugs of abuse) / Clean Screen DAU RSV: copolymerized sorbent consisting of C8 and ion exchange (benzenesulfonic acid) groups for virtually all drug categories
Clean Screen THC / Clean Screen THC RSV: copolymerized sorbent consisting of reversed phase and ion exchange (primary amine) groups for THC and its metabolites
Clean Screen GHB: sorbent to isolate and extract free Gamma-hydroxy butyric acid (GHB)
Clean Screen ETG: proprietary carbon packing material for extraction and concentration of ethyl glucuronide
Clean Screen BNZ: for benzodiazepine extraction with specific focus on 7-amino benzodiazepines
Clean Screen XCEL I: for a wide range of basic drugs including benzodiazepines and opiates
Clean Screen XCEL II: for rapid and clean extraction of THC metabolite, THC-Δ9-carboxylic acid
Clean Screen FASt: for drugs from urine
