PepMap
PepMap™ are Nano‒ or MicroLC columns, manufactured by Thermo Scientific™, often used for LC-MS/MS peptide mapping for protein identification, biomarker discovery, and systems biology. PepMap™ columns exhibit very good reproducibility, a high loading capacity and sensitivity for TFA-free LC/MS.
Most of these columns are pre-assembled with Thermo Scientific™ nanoViper™ Fingertight Fittings for easy installation. Classic columns are available as well. The columns are available with internal diameters from 0.050 to 1 mm.
