Thermo Scientific / MabPac

MabPac

MAbPac™ is a family of HPLC columns, manufactured by Thermo Scientific™, for efficient analysis of monoclonal antibodies and their fragments and aggregates using different separation techniques.

MAbPac™ RP is an HPLC column for high resolution accurate mass determination of monoconal antibody variants, antibody drug conjugates (ADC) and proteins by reversed-phase chromatography. The columns are based on polyvinylbenzene and exhibit superior pH and temperature stability.

MAbPac™ SEC-1 is a size exclusion chromatography (SEC) column specifically designed for the high-resolution separation and characterization of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and their aggregates. The separation range for globular proteins is about 10.000 to 1.000.000 g/mol.

The MAbPac™ HIC column family is designed for separations of monoclonal antibodies (mAb´s) and related biologics by Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography (HIC). The base material for MAbPac™ HIC-10 and HIC-20 is porous silica gel and for MAbPac™ HIC-butyl it is a hydrophilic polymer.

MAbPac™ SCX-10 is a strong cation exchange column designed specifically for the high-resolution, high efficiency charged variant analysis of monoclonal antibodies and associated variants. MabPac™ SCX-10 RS is designed for higher flow rates and high throughput analysis.

MAbPac™ Protein A is an affinity column designed to provide fast monoclonal antibody (mAb) titer analysis. The column is based on a non-porous polymeric resin consisting of a divinylbenzene core and a hydrophilic surface. The recombinant Protein A ligands are covalently attached onto the hydrophilic resin surface. The binding capacity is about 3.5 mg IgG/g Resin.
