DNAPac
DNAPac™ are a range of HPLC columns manufactured by Thermo Scientific™ for high resolution separations of oligonucleotides, e.g. DNA or RNA. The phases are based on anion exchange or reversed phase materials.
DNAPac™ PA100
- 13 µm pellicular, 55% crosslinked, non-porous polymer with quaternary ammonium functionalized latex Microbeads
- Achieve n, n‒1 resolution for oligonucleotides
- Resolve oligonucleotides with seconary structures
- Stable under denaturating conditions
- Anion-Exchange-Capacity: 40 µeq/column (for 250x4.0 mm column)
