Bio columns from Sepax are wide-pore silica-based columns for reversed-phase chromatography. The large pores of 200 or 300Å make these columns particularly suitable for the separation of biomolecules such as peptides or small proteins. The Bio-C18 phase is also compatible with 100% aqueous eluents. This is achieved by a monolayer using a special binding process
