Kromasil® CelluCoat™ is a chiral stationary phase with a modified cellulose as chiral selector. The silica-based phase, which is pressure-stable up to 400 bar, is characterised by outstanding mechanical and chemical stability. Aqueous, organically polar and organically non-polar solvents can be used as mobile phases. A solvent change between compatible mobile phases is also possible without any problems. The possibility of using high flow rates and the property of short equilibration times can save analysis time. Kromasil® CelluCoat™ columns are available in both analytical and preparative scale.
