AmyCoat
Kromasil® AmyCoat™ is a chiral stationary phase with a modified amylose as chiral selector. The silica-based phase is characterized by high resolution, excellent selectivity, up to 400 bar pressure stability and stable performance when switching between compatible mobile phases. As mobile phases it is possible to use aqueous, organic polar and organic nonpolar solvents. The ability to use high flow rates and the benefit of short equilibration times can save analysis time. Kromasil® AmyCoat™ columns are available in both analytical and preparative scale.
