Intrada
The Intrada series of columns manufactured by Imtakt™ are designed primarily for biomolecules, such as amino acids, peptides and proteins.
- Intrada WP-RP is a silica-based, C4-like stationary phase with 300 Å pore size. A polymeric end-capping and high efficiency 3 µm particles are ideal for polymers and proteins.
- Intrada Amino Acid is an optimized stationary phase for the separation of amino acids and other amine-containing compounds via LC-MS.
- Intrada Organic Acid is an optimized stationary phase for the separation of organic acids and other anions via LC-MS.
- Intrada SEC is a silica-based HPLC column with diol modification for size exclusion chromatography (SEC). The column is suitable for LC-MS and exhibit a high mechanical strength for longer life time.
