PLgel

PLgel is a brand name for various columns, manufactured by Agilent Technologies, for size exclusion chromatography with organic solvents. There are PLgel columns with different particle‒ and pore sizes, to cover a wide molecular mass range. PLgel Mixed columns are made with individual pore size media precisely blended to create a linear calibration curve over the stated molecular weight range. PL HFIPgel is optimized for use with fluorinated solvents (e.g. hexafluoroisopropanol).
