Supelcosil
Supelcosil™ ist Markenname für eine Vielzahl von HPLC Säulen des Herstellers Supelco™ (Sigma-Aldrich™). Das Basismaterial ist sphärisches Typ-A Silika-Gel, das mit einer großen Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Modifikationen erhältlich ist.

Technische Daten
Supelcosil™ LC-DB Phasen sind basendeaktiviert und gewährleisten somit symmetrische Peakformen und hohe Effizienzen für organische Basen.
Supelcosil™ ABZ+Plus ist eine polar-embedded Phase mit hoher Deaktivierung und einzigartiger Selektivität. ABZ+Plus ermöglicht effiziente Trennungen von Säuren, Basen, Zwitterionen und anderen reaktiven Verbindungen.
Supelcosil™ LC-18-S, LC-18-T und LC-PAH sind anwendungsspezifische Säulen für die Analyse von Nukleosiden, Nukleotiden bzw. polyaromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen.
Mit der Supelcosil Hisep gibt es darüber hinaus eine Mixed-Mode Säule, die eine geschützte hydrophobe Phase besitzt. Dabei wird das Silika-Gel von einer dünnen Polymerschicht mit hydrophoben Regionen in einem hydrophilen Netzwerk eingehüllt. Dadurch können kleine Analyten retardiert und Proteine ausgeschlossen werden.
